Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil (or a combination of both)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup lightly packed cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add the butter and/or oil and spread it evenly in the pan.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for about 20 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add the shredded cabbage and cook, stirring frequently, until it softens (about 3–5 minutes). For a richer flavor, cook until it begins to caramelize.
- Spread the cabbage out into a thin layer in the pan.
- Pour in the beaten eggs, tilting the pan to distribute them evenly.
- Let the eggs cook for 15–20 seconds, then gently fold them over until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
