Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can (8 count) refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley (optional for garnish)
Salsa or sour cream (for dipping)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles.
Fill each rectangle with a spoonful of taco meat and a sprinkle of both cheeses.
Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges tightly.
Brush the tops with melted butter, then sprinkle garlic powder and parsley.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with salsa or sour cream for dipping!
