Ingredients
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)

1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)

1 cup green grapes, halved

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup apple, diced (toss with a little lemon juice to prevent browning)

1 cup mini marshmallows (optional, for extra sweetness)

Creamy Dressing:
½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

½ cup whipped topping or Cool Whip

1 tablespoon honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt (balances sweetness)

Prepare the fruit:
Wash, peel, and cut all fruit into bite-sized pieces. Drain any canned fruit well.

Make the creamy dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, whipped topping, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

Combine:
