½ cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
For Assembly:
4 toasted brioche buns
Butter lettuce leaves
Pickled red onions
½ cup whipped feta spread
Olive oil drizzle
Optional: fresh oregano leaves, chili oil drizzle
